1.Elongation of film should not exceed 2% during the production process, or the ALOx layer may crack then affect the barriers.
2.Temperature should not be to high and the thickness should not excess 15μm during extrusion lamination, or the ALOx layer may crack then effect the barriers.
3.Acidic of the content should not be too low, eg. When PH<4 the ALOx layer may be corroded.
4.As model 113GTR-PET is without coated layer, the roll shaft which contact with the ALOx layer should be clean and smooth, or the layer may damage then affect the barriers.
